CMBC is led by its Founder & Principal Consultant, Cyriac Mathew, a seasoned professional in finance, business, and management with over four decades of distinguished corporate and consulting experience. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Cyriac has held senior leadership roles across globally reputed organizations, including Emirates Airline and Meydan Group in Dubai, as well as leading institutions in India such as HSBC and the Dalmia Group. His career reflects a strong track record of delivering strategic, financial, and operational excellence across diverse business environments.

Cyriac has worked extensively across international markets, leading key projects and assignments in Europe, Australia, East Asia, Africa, and the Americas, bringing with him a truly global perspective.

During his tenure at Emirates Airline, he headed the Business Finance function for Worldwide Commercial Operations, covering Passenger, Cargo, Loyalty (Skywards), Call Centre, and e-Commerce. He also handled  IT (Accounting) systems implementation across multiple international airlines, including Qantas (Australia), Kenya Airways (Kenya), Olympic Airways (Greece), Air Niugini (Papua New Guinea), and Grupo TACA (El Salvador).

Prior to founding CMBC, Cyriac held multiple leadership roles at Meydan Group, including Director-Corporate Finance and Director-Revenue Planning. He was also a member of the Hospitality Steering Committee, with oversight responsibilities for two premium five-star hospitality assets and a championship golf course in Dubai.
